Shipping & Refunds

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be shipped in standard shipping times which are 2 - 3 business days (Excluding weekends/holidays). However, standard shipping times are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day. 
 

Our primary carrier is United States Postal Service (USPS). 
 

Please review our shipping options and policies, and plan your purchases accordingly. Due to special package requirements we may not be able to ship products to certain areas or may be constrained on our shipping options.

All orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS).

*As you choose your shipping option, please be sure to choose the shipping option that best specifies the items your are ordering. The incorrect shipping option may leave to the possibilities of delay and cancellations.

If you choose Regular First Class Delivery, your package may take up to 10 business days to arrive (excluding weekends/holidays). 

If you choose Priority Mail Delivery, your package may take up to 6 business days to arrive. Tracking number included.

If you choose Express Mail Delivery, your package may take up to 2 business days to arrive. Tracking number included.


If you choose International Delivery, your package may take up to 14 business days to arrive (excluding delays made by international customs). Tracking number included.

REFUND & CANCELLATION  POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by PerfectRares.com within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in the same stated condition as ordered. The original shipping fee will not be included if a full refund is requested. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returns can be shipped to the following address:

Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
